American Craft Show 2018 at Fort Mason Center

American Craft Show is annual event at Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center in summer. It’s held by American Craft Council, https://craftcouncil.org . They have four show each year, at Baltimore (feb), Atlanta (March), St. Paul (April), San Francisco (August). We are so happy that we have a chance to see it this year.

It’s a beautiful day at San Francisco today. You can just wear short sleeve in the city even you are at Fort Mason, close to the ocean. Fort Mason Center is a beautiful event venue. Lots of fun and interesting show or event are here. You can see their calendar here. https://fortmason.org They have food truck market every Friday until 10/26. There are some gallery and film show coming up. You should definitely check it out when you have a free day to San Francisco downtown.

Before the show, this is my outfit of the day! Madewell, Express, Topshop, Cole Haan, all my favorite brand. How fun that I put them together today. SinceI bought all these a while ago, I just found some similar item from the same brands.

The craft show is 3 day event, friday to Sunday. We came on Sunday so they also have a farmer’s market in the lot.

Here we are the American show at Festival Pavilion.

There is also a cute flower truck outside of the venue selling local flowers. How cute this truck is! I also took a picture with it.

The show is huge, lots of talent artists are here and you can see a lot of handmade pieces, including jewelry, furniture, apparel, clothings, home decors. You just so difficult to describe them all. You definitely need to come in and find the stuff you like by yourself.

This is the scarf I like in one of the tiny booth. I found that we need a scarf but sometimes scarf is too thick since the weather in San Francisco change dramatically in a day. This would be perfect. With some breathing block, you can adjust how you wear it to make it not too hot or not too cold.

I would say this is one of the most popular booth in the event. Look at all these cooking and serving tools are so cute and adorable!

Leather product also caught my eyes since I love it so much. I even made a leather wallet once when I visit a leather studio in Taiwan. I just love to see how the local artist make all this leather items.

Oh ! They do have easy lunch inside the show so you don’t need to worry if you are hungry when you doing fun shopping!
