Lepi Dor is one of our favorite Taiwanese restaurant in Bay Area. It’s a 30 year old bakery, lots of people have known them very well already. As the fancy and modern bakeries and tea shops growing in Bay Area, it’s rarely seeing this kind of traditional store could still have good business and having a lot of loyal customers coming everyday.
You usually see some people are coming for the breakfast event just a cup of coffee. Everyone is busy nowadays, a bento box here is a just a perfect fit for lunch. Coming here for the afternoon tea is a pleasure with families and friends, too.
The Taiwanese style friend vermicelli is my favorite in the store. When I come here for lunch, this is always my first choice. It’s not too salty or too oily, the frying mushroom, onion, and cabbage are just so good!
If you ask what’s the most special in the store. It must be those traditional Taiwanese pastry, black sesame and radish. All my friend always ordered those and asked us togo when I am in the store!
Comparing to the bread, I am more. cookie person. I like the crunchy feeling 😀
Desert is always the must, especially with the fresh fruit.
We come here so often since all our friends coming here a lot, too! It’s just like a hangout place for us! They also have Taiwanese wheel cakes in the winter and fresh milky mango shaved ice in the summer for the weekends. A very friendly family own bakery, thumbs up up up !
